Mute Oil-less Air Compressor

Product Introduction

Mute oil-less air compressor is an air compressing equipment carefully selected by our company. It is relatively small in size but can produce large amount of compressed air. During the process of working, it is low in noise (reaching mute level) and compared with traditional oil air compressors, it requires no oil and causes little pollution to the environment. It is small in size, occupying only a little space in a laboratory. It is easy to operate and convenient to use. When installing, the air compressor should be put at a wide place with good illumination to facilitate operation and maintenance, where the air is required to be relatively low humid. Also, the installation place should be less dusty, clean, well-ventilated, away from flammable, explosive, corrosive chemicals and harmful items, and not close to dust-emitted places. When installing the air compressor, the ambient temperature should be above 5°C in winter and below 40°C in summer, as the higher the ambient temperature, the higher the temperature of emitted air, which will affect the performance of the compressor. If necessary, ventilation or cooling device should be equipped. For factories with worse environment and lots of dust, front filtration device must be equipped.
