UNIPOL-1502 Automatic Precision Grinding and Polishing Machine is suitable for crystals, ceramics, metals, glass, rock samples, mineral samples, PCB boards, infrared optical materials (such as zinc selenide, zinc sulfide, silicon, germanium and other crystals), refractory materials, composite materials. This machine is equipped with a Ø381mm lapping plate and three processing work stations. If the UNIPOL-1502 automatic precision grinding and polishing machine is equipped with appropriate accessories (GPC-100A precision polishing fixture), it can mass produce grinding and polishing products with high-quality surfaces.
Main Features
1. Ultra-flat polishing disc (flatness is less than 0.0025mm per 25mm×25mm).
2. Ultra-precision rotating spindle (the pallet end jump is less than 0.012mm).
