UNIPOL-830 Metallographic Grinding and Polishing Machine is a manual grinding and polishing machine mainly designed and developed by our company for universities, research institutes and metallographic laboratories. It can grind and polish metal materials as well as other non-metallic materials, such as crystals, ceramics, glass, PCB boards, rock samples, mineral samples, infrared optical materials (such as zinc selenide, zinc sulfide, silicon, germanium and other crystals), refractory materials, composite materials and organic polymer materials, etc.
Main Features
Sandpaper and polishing pad can be installed through pressure ring or magnetic absorption to make the operation more stable. Magnetic absorption is mainly to overcome the shortcoming of fabric pleating in traditional installing and polishing samples. The polishing fabric with pressure-sensitive adhesive (SPA) is attached to the (steel) polishing buffer sheet, and then attached to the magnetic sheet. It is more convenient to replace sandpaper and polishing pad.
