The rotary workbench can also cut the sample at a certain angle. The materials include ceramics, crystals, glass, metals, rocks, thermoelectric materials, infrared optical materials, composite materials, and biomedical materials. STX-202B is a diamond wire cutting machine that can perform continuous cutting. After setting the cutting program, the sample is continuously fed without manual adjustment. The size of the sample after cutting has a high dimensional accuracy within the range of ±10μm. The cutting wire adopts sigle-wire reciprocating movement mode, with long usable wire and long service life of single-time wire change, and the cutting efficiency is improved. When using it for ultra-thin precision cutting, the thickness of samples (within the range of about 1 inch) can reach 0.08mm.
