Main Features

1. The main motor drives the diamond wire to move downward at a constant speed, and the material is fixed on the workbench to ensure stable cutting.

2. The workbench can be adjusted by 360˚ manually or through program control.

3. Pneumatic tensioning system with imported pneumatic components is applied to make the tensioning force more stable and reliable.

4. PLC program control system and large-size touch screen make the operation simple and fast.

5. Various matching tooling fixtures can be designed according to user's needs.

6. Add an acrylic cover:

· Security protection function

· Prevent cutting oil mist or smoke from spreading outward, and keep the working environment clean

7. Tensioning device: Change to a cylinder with a larger travel distance to tension cutting wire, reduce the tightening times when installing wire, improve work efficiency, and optionally be equipped with an electric wire installer.

8. Cutting wire speed: The wire speed of the spooler is increased to a maximum of 15m/s, which greatly improves the cutting efficiency.
