The working principle of the pull-up film coating machine is to use a pulling device to replace the manual operation process to make the sample dip or pull out of the liquid and grow a film on the sample surface. There are usually two types of drive methods: pulling wire drive and lead-screw drive. Both drive methods try to ensure that the sample runs smoothly without vibration when the sample is pulled. This ensures that a uniform film is formed on the sample surface.


The advantages of the linear pulling machine: The linear pulling machine runs more smoothly, the pulling wire can relieve the a certain amount of vibration generated by motor, the vibration amount generated by the sample is almost negligible, and the surface quality of the prepared film is higher. The disadvantages: Due to the limitations of pulling wire, the weight of the samples that can be pulled is relatively small, and the pulling wire will be worn to a certain extent during the operation process and needs to be replaced frequently. Therefore, this kind of pulling machine is especially suitable for preparing small samples at laboratories, and more accurate experimental results can be obtained.


The advantages of the lead-screw drive pulling machine: It can hold larger and heavier samples, the drive mechanism is durable, and even if it is used for a long time, there is no need for frequent maintenance. Disadvantages: The motor is in direct contact with the lead screw, and there will be a certain vibration during operation. This method is easy to cause liquid surface vibration when the sample enters and leaves the liquid, resulting in an uneven film.


Under normal circumstances, the dipping time, drying time, pulling speed, pulling distance, and cycle pulling times can be set according to the needs of the pulling machine during the working process. According to the experimental requirements, it can be equipped with a constant temperature drying box or be dried in protective gas for thin film growth.
