The Ultrasonic Spray Coating System uses ultrasonic energy to atomize liquid into micron-sized particles, creating a uniform and fine spray effect. The Ultrasonic Spray Coating System's ultrasonic atomizing nozzle uses low-amplitude vibrations to atomize the liquid under the influence of gravity or compressed gas. The MSK-SP-CYL Ultrasonic Spray Coating System, equipped with 130W drive power, a 40kHz ultrasonic nozzle, and a rotating sample holder, enables uniform spray coating of cylindrical samples. Easy to operate, the Ultrasonic Spray Coater is suitable for a variety of scientific research and experimental spray coating applications.
