The nut is connected with the piston of the syringe, and the solution is contained in the syringe, which can realize high-precision, smooth and pulsation-free liquid transmission. It is mainly used in solution supply of ultrasonic atomization spraying and electrospinning system.

Product Introduction
The EQ-300SP-I single-channel syringe pump is composed of a stepper motor with its driver, a precision lead-screw and nut mechanism, and a stable support structure. The lead screw drives the nut—connected to the syringe plunger—to perform linear reciprocating motion, enabling high-precision, smooth, and pulse-free liquid delivery from the syringe.
The system adopts a stepper-motor-driven design with a precision screw–nut assembly, ensuring accurate and stable piston movement. Its modular, independently controlled structure enhances system adaptability. The pump body is made of insulated nylon material, providing strong corrosion resistance and effectively reducing electrostatic interference. This syringe pump is particularly suitable for supplying solutions to electrospinning systems and ultrasonic spray-coating systems.
