This makes it ideal for the rapid sectional cutting of various materials, including crystals (such as sapphire and garnet), ceramics, cement, glass, rock samples, mineral samples, metals, plastics, PCBs, medical materials, dental materials, refractory materials, construction materials, composite materials, and organic polymers. This multi-blade diamond cutting machine is suitable not only for slicing materials but also for cutting samples at specific angles. The spindle features stepless speed control, and the unit is equipped with a 2-axis goniometer and a micrometer head for precise adjustment of the cutting position. The precision diamond cutting machine includes a cutting limit protection feature; once the sample cutting is complete, the operation automatically halts. This ensures that the sample fixture remains undamaged by the saw blades, thereby enabling safe, unattended operation. Precautions of precision diamond cutting machine:
· During cutting, use a cutting fluid containing cooling additives, or utilize fluids with anti-corrosive properties—such as rust inhibitors or emulsions—to avoid using plain water directly, which could lead to equipment corrosion.
· When shutting down the machine, first reduce the spindle speed to zero before switching off the main power supply; only then should the workpiece be removed.
· When starting the machine, ensure that the workpiece is securely clamped and fixed in place. Turn the speed control knob counter-clockwise to the zero position, then switch on the power, and finally, gradually increase the spindle speed.
· After each use, thoroughly clean and maintain the clamping fixture and the saw blade. Dry them completely (preferably by blowing with air) and apply a rust-inhibiting oil coating before storage.
· To prevent oxidation or contamination of the workpiece's cut surface, the machine may be operated inside a nitrogen-filled glovebox (argon-filled environments are not recommended).
