Product Overview
The SYJ-200H Manual High-Speed Cutting Machine is designed for rough cutting of a wide range of materials, including crystals, ceramics, glass, rocks, PCB boards, composite materials, polymers, and metals. The machine is compatible with sintered diamond blades, electroplated diamond blades, and resin cutting blades, providing flexibility for different cutting requirements.
During cutting, the sample is advanced manually with fast feed, and the blade rotation speed can be adjusted according to the material being cut. An integrated cooling water tank is built into the machine; only a small amount of water is required to meet cooling needs, ensuring efficient water usage.
The SYJ-200H features a compact and space-saving design with a simple structure for easy operation. It is equipped with a sample clamping fixture that ensures stable sample feeding and accurate cutting dimensions. The waterproof and corrosion-resistant housing, combined with its lightweight construction, makes this machine an ideal tool for laboratory sample rough cutting.
