Product Introduction

The MSK-USP-04CT Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Coating System is a high-precision, programmable film deposition device designed for uniform thin film fabrication. The system employs a stepper motor and microprocessor-controlled volumetric pump to deliver the coating solution with high stability and accuracy, ensuring continuous and reproducible ultrasonic spraying.

A high-frequency ultrasonic atomizer converts the precursor solution into fine micro/nano-scale droplets, which are uniformly deposited onto the substrate surface. The spray head, driven by stepper motors, moves along both the X and Y axes with adjustable speed, ensuring coating uniformity across the substrate.

The integrated heating platform precisely controls the substrate temperature, accelerating solvent evaporation and film densification. With a maximum temperature of up to 300°C, the system meets the requirements of most experimental and material research applications.

Compact in design and easy to operate, the MSK-USP-04CT is ideal for preparing functional thin films in fields such as optoelectronic materials, conductive layers, catalytic coatings, and new energy materials.


Principle of Operation:

Automatic ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coater adopts spray pyrolysis film making method, which is to spray the solution onto the heated substrate after atomization, and then obtain the desired material structure on the substrate. This material preparation method is particularly suitable for depositing oxides, and has a long history in the application of preparing transparent electrodes. Now this method is widely used in the preparation of perovskite solar cells.
