Product Introduction
The PTL-MMB02-200 Constant-Temperature Vertical Dip Coater is a millimeter-level precision lifting device specially designed by our company for research institutions to conduct liquid-phase thin film growth under constant temperature conditions. It is mainly used in the field of thin film material preparation.
This model adopts a PLC program control system, in which a high-precision stepper motor drives a screw transmission mechanism to achieve stable and accurate vertical movement. Through the vertical dip-coating method, the sample is immersed in the liquid-phase film material for a specific duration and then lifted at a uniform speed. After constant-temperature drying, a thin film of uniform thickness is formed on the surface of the sample.
The equipment features a compact structure, easy operation, and convenient mobility, making it widely used in universities, research institutes, and enterprise laboratories.
