Product Introduction

The PTL-MM02-200-4 four-station pull-up coater can simultaneously pull up two samples. Through program control, the samples are immersed in the solution-containing beakers for a set period and then lifted out for drying. Both the immersion time and drying time can be set via the program.

The four beakers of the PTL-MM02-200-4 can hold the same thin-film material or different thin-film materials. The beakers are placed on a magnetic stirrer, allowing the liquid to be stirred if needed. Each beaker is equipped with a temperature controller, enabling heating during the coating process. The temperature can be set uniformly for all beakers or individually according to the thin-film material in each beaker.

This machine is suitable for liquid thin-film materials or solid thin-film materials that can be melted into a flowable liquid upon heating.
