Introduction of High Temperature Laboratory Furnace:

The KSL-1700X-A1 vacuum box furnace is a high temperature laboratory furnace. It utilizes silicon-molybdenum rods as heating elements, a double-shell structure, PID programmable temperature control, and a B-type thermocouple. The high temperature box furnace utilizes high-purity alumina fiber. Its maximum temperature can reach 1700°C, and it can operate continuously at 1600°C with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. The high temperature box furnace offers advantages such as uniform temperature distribution, low surface temperature, and energy efficiency. This vacuum box furnace is suitable for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, and quality inspection in universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises.

Operating Principle of High temperature laboratory furnace

A High temperature box furnace uses electric current to heat the heating elements within. A thyristor (SCR) is used for circuit control, and a temperature sensor (thermocouple) monitors the furnace temperature. The temperature measured by the thermocouple is fed back to the temperature control instrument.

The intelligent temperature controller allows for a programmable heating process (heating rate). The instrument collects the furnace temperature signal fed back by the thermocouple and uses PID control to output an appropriate voltage signal. The trigger receives the output signal from the instrument and controls the current output of the thyristor.

· Dual-sided heating within the furnace ensures rapid heating and uniform temperature distribution.

· The furnace door is equipped with a safety limit switch and a protective latch to prevent accidental opening and explosion.

It is not recommended to use hard materials to clean a vacuum box furnace, as this can scratch the furnace surface and affect its performance and lifespan. The correct cleaning method is to use a soft, absorbent cloth or sponge to avoid scratching the furnace surface. In addition, use a specialized cleaning agent, tailored to the furnace material and the type of dirt. These cleaning agents generally have strong cleaning power and are non-corrosive to the furnace material, thus extending the lifespan of the vacuum box furnace to a certain extent.
