KSL-1100X-S Mini box furnace uses resistance wire as heating element, K-type thermocouple and 50-segment programmable temperature controller. The Mini box furnace has a pull-down furnace door structure, which is convenient for customers to put and take samples; the furnace chamber is made of Japanese high-quality alumina microcrystalline fiber material, the Mini box furnace's Max temperature can reach 1100℃, it can work continuously at 1000℃, and the temperature control accuracy is ±1℃; it is also equipped with a ventilation interface, which can be used under oxygen or inert gas. Mini box furnace has the advantages of small size, light weight, balanced temperature field, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and energy saving. In addition, this Lab box furnace can also be placed in the glove box to sinter samples under vacuum and controlled atmosphere conditions. | Working principle of Small box furnace | The Small box furnace uses current to heat the heating element in the furnace, uses solid-state relays for circuit control, and uses temperature sensors (thermocouples) to detect the temperature in the furnace. The temperature detected by the thermocouple is fed back to the temperature control instrument.
