During operation, a high temperature box furnace may experience abnormal furnace pressure, seriously affecting normal operation. Symptoms of abnormal furnace pressure include unstable combustion, a smaller or larger flame, and increased noise. There are many causes, and this article describes some common solutions.
1. Understand the temperature tolerance range of the material. Different materials have different high-temperature resistance properties. Excessively high temperatures can cause deformation, melting, or damage. Therefore, when setting the temperature of a high-temperature box furnace, you should refer to the material's temperature tolerance range to ensure that the selected temperature does not exceed this range.
Excessively rapid heating rates can lead to uneven temperatures within the material, causing uneven changes in the material's microstructure and affecting the accuracy of the experimental structure. For example, in the heat treatment of metal materials, excessively rapid heating rates can cause cracks or deformation, affecting the material's performance test results.
