The STX-2500 100QX/200QX electric thread feeder for cutting machine is suitable for STX-100QX and STX-200QX diamond wire cutting machines. This product uses a low-speed, high-torque motor to drive the wire spool. It can rotate clockwise/counterclockwise with adjustable speed. The electric magnetic powder damper controls rotational resistance through a constant pressure mode. During use, install the drive motor along with the fixing plate on the drive side of the wire spool handle (remove the original fixing plate). The magnetic powder damper is fixed to the side of the equipment. Install the spool, thread the wire, and it will automatically feed the wire. It boasts high feeding efficiency, uniform wiring, and good pre-tensioning.
