The STX-1200-YB rotation control system for cutting machines is specifically designed for the STX-1203 fully automatic diamond wire cutting machine. It is mainly used for cutting high-hardness materials (such as silicon carbide, silicon nitride, alumina ceramics, zirconium oxide, sapphire, jade, etc.) and low-hardness materials (such as barium fluoride, graphite, KDP, etc.). It can also be used for precision cutting of brittle materials such as crystals, ceramics, thermoelectric materials (e.g., bismuth telluride, lead telluride, silicon-germanium alloys), glass, rock samples, mineral samples, PCB boards, refractory materials, composite materials, and biological and biomimetic composite materials. It can also cut difficult-to-cut materials such as metals and organic materials like rubber. 

The STX-1200-YB wire EDM machine's oscillating mechanism oscillates left and right during operation, reducing the contact area between the cutting wire and the sample, extending the contact time, improving surface roughness, increasing surface flatness, and reducing cutting line marks on the sample surface. Simultaneously, the STX-1200-YB wire EDM machine's oscillating mechanism is equipped with an extension frame, which increases the left-right oscillation amplitude of the sample and increases the oscillation linear speed, thereby increasing the grinding efficiency per unit time and improving the sample cutting speed.
