Product Introduction
The VTC-200 Vacuum Spin Coater features easy operation, convenient cleaning, and a compact design. It is mainly used in laboratories of universities and research institutes for thin film preparation.
During operation, the VTC-200 fixes the sample onto the chuck using vacuum suction. The device employs a two-stage program to control rotation speed. In the first stage, the spin speed is set within a specific range, and a defined dispensing time is applied for dropping solution onto the sample. After dispensing, the coater accelerates to the second-stage maximum speed for spin coating. Before spin coating, the coating time must be set; once the process ends, the machine automatically stops.
The VTC-200 Vacuum Spin Coater uses high-speed rotation to uniformly coat viscous colloids, solutions, and other liquid materials onto the sample surface.
