Product Description
The MSK-AFA-II-VC Automatic Coating Machine is widely used for high-temperature coating research, such as ceramic films, crystal films, battery material films, and specialized nanofilms. The system employs a vacuum adsorption method to firmly secure the substrate, preventing wrinkles during the coating process and ensuring smoother and more uniform film formation.
The coating width remains constant, while the film thickness can be precisely adjusted using the micrometer above the doctor blade. A smaller gap between the blade and substrate produces thinner films, whereas a larger gap yields thicker films. The coating length is determined by the blade’s stroke, with a maximum travel distance of 550 mm.
Additionally, the MSK-AFA-II-VC can be equipped with optional drying units to meet diverse coating requirements. Its compact size makes it highly suitable for laboratory applications.
