Aluminum oxide films for sharpening utilize internationally advanced ultra-precision coating technology to uniformly disperse micron or nanometer-sized abrasive powders (aluminum oxide) with novel polymer materials, which are then coated onto the surface of a high-strength film and processed through a high-precision cutting process. Aluminum oxide films for sharpening are primarily used for grinding various inorganic non-metallic materials requiring high surface flatness, such as grinding of fiber optic connectors, grinding of solar cell silicon wafers, removal of carbon layer protrusions on hard drives, removal of ITO protrusions, and grinding and polishing of optical materials. Aluminum oxide films for sharpening are mainly suitable for use with our company's UNIPOL series grinding and polishing machines. The abrasive film has an adhesive backing, allowing it to be directly attached to the polishing substrate and then adhered to the surface of the grinding disc for grinding and polishing the sample.
