Introduction of hot mounting press machine:
The HXQ-25-6 six-station hot mounting press machine can mount up to 6 samples at a time, significantly improving sample preparation efficiency. During operation, the user sets the parameters for hot mounting, and the machine automatically feeds the mounting material, heats, and pressurizes the samples. Once the hot mounting material is fully cured, the cooling system cools the samples to the set temperature, after which the mounted samples can be removed. It can also be used in conjunction with our company's fully automatic grinding and polishing system to achieve fully automated metallographic experiments, making it ideal for batch and consistent experiments in metallographic laboratories.

1. The mounting pressure, temperature, and time of the hot mounting press for metallographic samples can be adjusted arbitrarily to suit different materials.
