Introduction of small vacuum tube furnace:

Small vacuum tube furnace is a small tube furnace that has passed CE certification. The heating and cooling are controlled by 30 programmable smart meters. Small vacuum tube furnace can be widely used for sintering or annealing of materials (under vacuum or inert gas protection).


The main features of small vacuum tube furnace:

· The furnace body of small vacuum tube furnace can work in two ways: vertical and horizontal.

· The heating furnace body of small vacuum tube furnace is heated by an integrated ring silicon molybdenum rod, which is small in size.

Furnace Pipe and Flange

· High temperature vacuum tube furnace comes standard with a corundum tube, size: Φ60*800mm.

· In order to ensure the uniformity of the temperature field and the sealing of the flange, the high temperature vacuum tube furnace needs to be plugged with alumina tubes at both ends of the furnace tube before heating up to prevent heat loss.

· The furnace tube comes standard with a set of stainless steel sealing flanges.

· A mechanical pressure gauge is installed on the flange of the intake end to observe the pressure in the furnace tube, the pressure gauge range is -0.1-0.15MPa; a φ6.35 card sleeve joint is used as the air inlet, and the on-off of the air intake is controlled by a stainless steel needle valve.

· The air outlet flange contains the air outlet of a φ8mm pagoda air nozzle, and controls the on-off of the air outlet through a stainless steel needle valve. When it is necessary to vacuum the furnace tube, the air outlet is connected to the vacuum pump through the vacuum rubber tube.

· In order to obtain a higher degree of vacuum faster, it is recommended to use KF25 vacuum flange, stainless steel bellows and digital vacuum display meter as an option.

· Special note:

1. Consumables such as heating elements, quartz tubes, sample crucibles, etc. are not included.

2. Damage caused by the use of corrosive and acid gases is not covered by the warranty.

Precautions for Use· The air pressure in the furnace tube should not be higher than 0.02MPa (relative air pressure).

· Due to the high air pressure inside the gas cylinder, a pressure reducing valve must be installed on the gas cylinder when introducing gas into the quartz tube. In order to ensure safety, it is recommended to use a pressure lower than 0.02MPa. It is recommended to purchase a pressure reducing valve from our company. The range of the company's pressure reducing valve is 0.01MPa-0.1MPa, which will be more accurate and safe when used.

· For sample heating experiments, it is not recommended to close the exhaust valve and intake valve at the flange end of the furnace pipe. If you need to close the valve to heat the sample, you need to pay attention to the number of pressure gauges at all times. If the number of pressure gauges is greater than 0.02MPa, the vent valve must be opened immediately to prevent accidents (such as broken furnace pipes, flanges flying out, etc.).

· We do not recommend that customers use flammable, explosive and toxic gases. If the customer does need to use flammable, explosive and toxic gases for technical reasons, please take relevant protective and explosion-proof measures by yourself. The company is not responsible for related problems caused by the use of flammable, explosive and toxic gases.

· The flow rate of gas should be <200SCCM (200ml/min).

· Due to the production process of alumina pipe, there will be a risk of pipe breaking during the sintering process of the furnace pipe. This cannot be completely avoided. Please be aware of it.
