Introduction of the High Temperature Vacuum Box Furnace:

The KSL-1400X-A1 High temperature vacuum box furnace is a CE-certified, high-temperature box furnace. It utilizes silicon-carbon rods as heating elements and is equipped with a thyristor, 858P intelligent temperature controller, and an S-type single platinum-rhodium thermocouple for measuring, regulating, and automatically controlling the internal furnace temperature. The laboratory box furnace has a maximum temperature of 1400°C.

· The laboratory box furnace features a 50-stage intelligent temperature controller with PID control and a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C.

· The laboratory box furnace can be set with an upper temperature limit alarm, automatically shutting off the main circuit when the temperature exceeds the upper limit.

· The laboratory box furnace uses high-purity alumina as the furnace material, which provides excellent thermal insulation. A variety of furnace sizes are available to meet various experimental requirements.

· The laboratory box furnace is equipped with an RS485 communication interface for computer communication (optional).

Working Principle

The heating furnace uses electric current to heat the heating elements within the furnace. Thyristors (SCRs) are used for circuit control, and a temperature sensor (thermocouple) monitors the furnace temperature. The temperature detected by the thermocouple is fed back to the temperature control instrument

The intelligent temperature controller allows for a programmable heating process (heating rate). The instrument receives the furnace temperature signal from the thermocouple and uses PID control to output an appropriate voltage signal. The trigger receives the output signal from the instrument and controls the current output of the SCR to achieve a stable temperature within the furnace, ensuring that the high-temperature furnace heats up according to the temperature controller's programmed heating process..
