Product Introduction
The CXQ-2500 Vacuum Cold Mounting Machine is mainly used for cold mounting of various samples. It is particularly suitable for materials that are not appropriate for hot mounting, such as circuit boards, materials with fine pores, porous geological samples, and others.
The CXQ-2500 features a simple working principle, compact design, and requires minimal workspace. It can mount multiple samples simultaneously, and the size and shape of the mounted samples can be adjusted using different mounting molds.
In industrial applications, it can also be used in combination with dyes to inspect various defects in workpieces.
The operating principle is to evacuate air from the pores of the sample using a vacuum, then use atmospheric pressure to force the mounting material or dye into the micro-pores. After curing with a hardener for a certain period, the material solidifies into a fixed shape. The machine is easy to operate and convenient to maintain.
