Product Introduction
The GPC-50A Precision Grinding and Polishing Control Device, referred to as the polishing control device, is mainly used to control the flatness and parallelism of the sample surface during grinding and polishing, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality of the processed samples.

The device is made of high-quality stainless steel, featuring an attractive appearance and exquisite manufacturing craftsmanship. It is primarily designed for use with the UNIPOL-802 grinding and polishing machine. The GPC-50A precision grinding and polishing control device is an indispensable tool for precision sample preparation, especially suitable for small-sized thin samples with high surface quality requirements.

The dedicated sample holder block connects to the control device via threads, and samples are mounted onto the holder block using an adhesive method. The holder block supports samples with diameters ≤2 inches and thicknesses ≤8 mm.
