The PTL-NMB Nanometer-Grade Thermostatic Dip Coater is a CE-certified precision coating system developed by our company for liquid-phase immersion and withdrawal coating processes. Designed with nanometer-level control precision, it is well suited for research institutes and laboratories engaged in liquid-phase thin film growth.

This model adopts a PLC-based control system to drive a high-precision stepper motor and wire-lifting mechanism, ensuring smooth and accurate vertical motion. The sample is immersed vertically in the liquid film-forming material for a preset duration and then withdrawn, enabling the formation of a thin film with controlled thickness on the sample surface.

Two operating modes are available: single-cycle mode and full-process mode. The system allows independent programming of lifting speed, immersion speed, immersion time, drying time, and cycle count.

This programmable dip coater is equipped with a thermostatic heating and drying chamber, allowing users to set and maintain a constant temperature according to process requirements. Featuring a compact structure, user-friendly operation, and easy portability, it is widely used in laboratories of universities, research institutes, and industrial R&D facilities.
