Product Introduction:
The MSK-AFA-L1000 compact automatic drying coater is mainly used for coating liquid or colloidal films in laboratory settings. The device employs a stepless variable-speed motor for precise control of coating speed, ensuring the doctor blade moves at a uniform rate. The stainless steel doctor blade has a constant weight, improving coating consistency and uniformity. The system uses a bottom vacuum to hold substrates and features bottom heating with a maximum temperature of 120 ℃, enabling simultaneous film drying during coating. The coater is equipped with a blade limiter, allowing adjustable coating lengths; the blade automatically resets when it reaches the limit. The top cover provides dust protection and insulation while enhancing the overall appearance of the equipment.
Main Features
1. The equipment adopts a stepless variable speed motor to precisely control coating speed.
2. The adjustable doctor blade is driven by a horizontal bar, and there is no special requirements for the size of the adjustable doctor blade.
3. The waste collection box placed on the left edge of the vacuum chuck can collect excessive paint to ensure the cleanliness of the equipment itself and the surrounding area.
4. The intelligent vacuum heating chuck and the drying system with digital display temperature control can adapt to the development of coating technology under high temperature conditions.
5. An exhaust dehumidification device can be added to the upper cover to assist in discharging gases generated during heating.
