Product Introduction
The CXQ-2700 High-Throughput Cold Mounting Press is mainly used for cold mounting of various samples, especially materials that are unsuitable for hot mounting, such as printed circuit boards, materials with micro-pores, and loose geological samples. In industrial applications, it can also be used in combination with dyes for inspecting various defects.
The principle of the machine is to remove air from the pores of the sample by vacuum, then use atmospheric pressure to press the mounting material or dye into the micro-pores. After the curing agent solidifies for a certain time, the material forms a solid shape.
The CXQ-2700 vacuum cold mounting press is simple in principle, compact in size, and does not occupy a large workspace. It can mount multiple samples at once, and the size and shape of the samples can be adjusted using different mounting molds. It can mount up to 16 samples of Ø25 mm simultaneously, saving time and effort. The machine is easy to operate and maintain.
