Introduction of Laboratory High Efficiency Heating Platform:

The HEATER series laboratory mini heating platform is a high-performance heating device developed by our company specifically for material processing and laboratory applications.  It is available in two models, HEATER-250 and HEATER-3040, based on heating plate size and heating power. This series of laboratory mini heating platforms is mainly suitable for various materials whose properties and characteristics do not change during heating, and is especially suitable for the heating treatment of temperature-sensitive materials such as crystals, semiconductors, ceramics, and metals.

The HEATER series laboratory heating plate is also widely used in laboratories for chemical analysis, physical measurements, baking, drying, heating and bonding during heat treatment processes, and other constant temperature experiments.

This series of laboratory heating plates uses an integral cast aluminum alloy heating plate, which has excellent thermal conductivity and structural strength, ensuring uniform heating and safety. With a built-in microcontroller as the temperature control core, the laboratory heating plate has fast heating and precise temperature control functions, and the temperature adjustment is flexible; rapid cooling after heating helps to improve experimental efficiency.

Installation requirements of laboratory mini heating platform

1. Temperature and Humidity Requirements: Ambient humidity 10~85%RH (at 25℃, non-condensing), temperature range 0~45℃.

2. Environmental Requirements: No strong vibration sources or corrosive gases around the equipment.

3. Power Supply Requirements: Single-phase AC220V±10% 50/60Hz, a standard three-prong socket is required, and ensure proper grounding.

4. Cooling Water: Not required for standard equipment.

5. Air Source Requirements: Not required for standard equipment.

6. Workbench Requirements: A sturdy platform with dimensions of 600mm×600mm×700mm and a load capacity of ≥50kg is recommended.

7. Ventilation Requirements: The operating environment must be dry and enclosed; no ventilation device is required, and air circulation is strictly prohibited.

Notes:

1. The device is powered by AC 220V, 50/60Hz. Please confirm the electrical parameters shown on the nameplate on the back of the product before actual use;

2. During use, please avoid placing the device in environments with strong airflow, such as near open doors or windows, or directly under fans or air conditioners, to prevent excessive temperature differences in the heating area;

3. Due to the heating structure and environmental factors, a certain temperature difference between the center and edge areas of the heating plate is normal. It is recommended to place the sample in the center of the heating plate to obtain a more uniform heating effect.

Why use a one-piece cast aluminum alloy heating plate?
