Product Introduction
The XQ-2B metallographic specimen mounting press is a mechanical mounting machine. By rotating the handwheel located on the outside of the body, a pair of bevel gears drive the internal lead screw, enabling the lower mold for pressing specimens to move up and down within the mold sleeve. Under conditions of heating and pressing, the mounting material embeds the specimen into the resin.
During the mounting process, the forming pressure is automatically compensated by the internal spring of the machine. The pressing pressure applied to the specimen is indicated by a signal lamp: when the lamp lights up, it means that pressure is being applied to the specimen.
The XQ-2B metallographic specimen mounting press allows adjustment of the specimen size specifications, and different mounting dies of various diameters can be selected as needed. With its compact size, simple structure, and convenient operation, the XQ-2B is an ideal piece of equipment for hot mounting specimens in laboratories.
Main Features
1. It is suitable for thermoseting mouting microscopic metallographic samples that are special-shaped and difficult to take.
2. After mounting of the sample, the grinding and polishing operation can be conveniently carried out, and it is also helpful to the microstructure detection of the sample under a metallographic microscope.
