Product Introduction
The SKZD-4 Automatic Dispenser is designed for use with the UNIPOL series grinding and polishing machines. It is specifically developed for the automatic metering of suspensions and lubricants, making it suitable for processes such as precision grinding and polishing of samples. The SKZD-4 can hold and dispense up to four different types of liquids simultaneously, eliminating the need for frequent replacement of abrasives or polishing solutions.
Both the dispensing flow rate and time can be set, and the dispenser automatically stops once the preset time ends, preventing excess dispensing and saving consumables, while also allowing unattended operation. The dispensing speed is adjustable, and the flow remains uniform, ensuring even distribution of the abrasives on the sample surface. This results in a polished surface with superior grinding and polishing quality.
