Product Introduction
The HXQ-50 Automatic Hot Mounting Machine provides a fully automated solution for embedding samples. Once the sample and mounting resin are placed into the mold and the lid is closed, users simply set the required mounting parameters. The machine then automatically applies heat and pressure to complete the mounting process. After the resin has fully cured, the cooling system activates to bring the sample temperature down to the preset level, after which the mounted specimen can be safely removed.
Compared with manual hot mounting machines, the HXQ-50 offers greater convenience, simpler operation, and fully unattended processing, making it ideal for mounting specimens with irregular shapes or dimensions that require hot mounting to meet the requirements of subsequent sample preparation steps and to obtain a proper inspection surface.
The HXQ-50 can mount up to two samples simultaneously, significantly improving sample preparation efficiency. As such, it is considered an essential piece of equipment for metallographic laboratories.
Main Features:
1.It is equipped with coolant water inlet and outlet function.
2.Applicable to all materials that can be hot mounted.
3.After setting parameters such as heating temperature, holding time, pressure, etc., unattended mounting can be completed automatically.
4.Four /moulds/dies of different specification can be selected and replaced according to different requirements of samples, and two samples of same specification can be mounted at one single time, so that the preparation efficiency is higher.
