Where Can a Lab High Temperature Sintering Furnace Be Applied?
Lab high temperature sintering furnaces are widely used in material preparation and experimental scenarios requiring controlled heating atmospheres, batchprocessing capability, and uniform temperature distribution. These include annealing and carburizing of metal materials, sintering of ceramics, doping of semiconductor materials, and material synthesis experiments in universities and research institutes. Our lab hightemperature sintering furnace is equipped with a φ50 × 230 mm singleend quartz tube and a stainlesssteel vacuum flange with a silicone Oring, two stainlesssteel shutoff valves, and a mechanical pressure gauge. The gas inlet features a φ6.35 mm ferrule fitting, and the outlet is a φ8 mm barbed connector. With the support of a mechanical pump, a vacuum level of up to 10⁻² Torr can be achieved. This vacuum environment prevents interference from impurity gases during metal annealing or carburizing, avoids oxidation during ceramic sintering, and allows the introduction of inert or specific reaction gases to meet the atmosphere requirements for semiconductor doping—ensuring stable heat treatment for processes sensitive to environmental purity.

 

Shenyang Kejing's lab high temperature sintering furnace reaches a maximum operating temperature of 1100°C (with a routine working temperature of 1000°C). It comes with an intelligent temperature controller and a PIDbased 30segment programmable temperature control system, paired with a Ktype thermocouple for precise temperature regulation.
