Tube Furnace Precautions (1200°C)
2025-09-26 11:51Tube Furnace Usage Precautions:
1. Before using the tube furnace, install the insulation plugs. Position the insulation plugs as shown in the diagram. Pull them outwards as needed, but ensure they are symmetrical on both sides to prevent damage to the furnace chamber.
2. When cooling, use the program to cool down. Directly pressing the "STOP" button is not recommended. Do not turn off the power directly when the device temperature is above 500°C to prevent safety issues.
3. Positive pressure is not recommended for the tube furnace. If positive pressure is required, the pressure must not exceed 0.02 MPa.
Safety Warnings:
Ignoring the following warnings may result in fire or personal injury.
●Do not place vases or other containers containing water near the tube furnace.
1) Do not use in locations where water may splash. If water or other substances enter the device, it may cause a fire or electric shock.
2) Do not place vases, bonsai, cups, cosmetics, medicine, or metal objects on the tube furnace. Falling them could cause injury.
3) Do not damage the power cord. A damaged power cord can cause fire, electric shock, or other accidents.
4) Avoid connecting to an outlet. Excessive current can cause overheating or fire.
5) If the tube furnace is damaged, please have it inspected and repaired. Continuing to use a damaged product can cause fire or electric shock.
6) Do not modify the power cord or bend, twist, or stretch it. This can cause fire or electric shock.
7) If smoke or foreign objects or water enter the product, turn off the power switch, unplug it, and have it inspected and repaired.
8) Do not plug or unplug the power cord with wet hands. This can cause electric shock.
9) Do not place flammable objects within one meter of the tube furnace. This can cause fire.
10) Do not allow children to touch this tube furnace. The temperature rise of the outer casing may cause burns.
● Do not disassemble or modify the main unit at will. This may cause injury, malfunction, or fire.
● Wait until the furnace temperature returns to room temperature before opening the top cover. The workpiece may still be hot during this time, so please be careful and wear gloves when operating.
Caution: tube furnaces do not recommend or encourage the use of flammable, explosive, or toxic gases. When using quartz glass or alumina corundum tubes, the pressure inside the tube should be controlled at ≤ 0.02 MPa. Overpressure is strictly prohibited. If you do not follow our recommendations, we will not be responsible for any damage to personal safety or equipment during use.
