I. Conventional cutting operation process:

Before officially starting the SYJ-210 manual diamond blade saw, complete the basic preparation work first. 1. Connect the drain pipe and install the protective plate; 2. Connect the water inlet pipe and open the protective cover; 3. Put in the saw blade adapter ring and install the saw blade, and rotate the locking nut clockwise to complete the fixation; 4. Install the bench vise clamp, tighten the screws and fix the sample; 5. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.

After the SYJ-210 manual diamond blade saw is started, it enters the debugging stage. 6 Click the debugging interface, move the sample together, and move the sample directly under the saw blade; 7. Open the reference line and accurately align the position to be cut; 8. Return to the automatic control interface and set the cutting parameters, such as feed speed, cutting depth, etc.; 9. II. The process of cutting samples with the sample carrier:

1. Replace different saw blades according to the experimental material, and turn the nut counterclockwise to remove the saw blade.

2. Replace the saw blade adapter ring according to the size of the saw blade and install the saw blade.

3. Heat and paste the fixed sample and fix the sample carrier.

4. When cutting samples with the sample carrier, the z-axis must rise to the upper limit.

5. Move the position to be cut below the reference line.

6. Set the cutting parameters, turn on the cooling water and align the two sides of the saw blade above the sample.

7. Close the protective cover and set the spindle speed.

8. After cutting, open the protective cover to remove the sample.

9. Remove the sample carrier. Clean the coolant, keep the equipment dry and clean, and apply protective oil.

10. Close the protective cover and turn off the power.
