Introduction of the High Temperature Electric Furnace:
The KSL-1100X-S-H is a small lab high temperature sintering furnace (a hybrid box/tube furnace). As a simple box furnace, it can heat-treat samples in an air environment; as a tube furnace (high temperature vacuum furnace), it can heat-treat samples in a vacuum or protected atmosphere environment. It uses resistance wire as the heating element, employs a K-type thermocouple and a 30-segment programmable temperature controller. The high temperature electric furnace uses high-purity alumina fiber material, achieving a maximum temperature of 1100 degrees Celsius, with a continuous temperature range of 1000 degrees Celsius and a temperature control accuracy of ±1 degree Celsius. The lab high temperature sintering furnace features small size, light weight, rapid heating and cooling, and energy efficiency. It can also be placed inside a glove box for sample sintering under vacuum and a controlled atmosphere. The lab high temperature sintering furnace is a product used in universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, and quality inspection.
Key advantages of a high temperature vacuum furnace:
1. Compact size, lightweight, and energy-efficient; can be operated within a glove box or fume hood.
2. The furnace chamber is made of high-purity alumina fiber, significantly reducing energy loss.
3. The furnace chamber surface is coated with an imported high-temperature alumina coating from the USA, improving heating efficiency and extending service life.
4. A pull-down door design facilitates sample loading and unloading.
5. Equipped with quartz tubes and stainless steel flanges, it allows for heat treatment of samples in a vacuum or protected atmosphere environment.
Note: If placement within a glove box is required, please contact sales personnel in advance, as electrical modifications are necessary.

Why recommend this equipment?
Because it understands your laboratory environment. We know that laboratory bench space is extremely limited, or you may need to conduct anhydrous and oxygen-free experiments in a glove box. The bulky furnaces on the market simply don't fit, or take up too much space.
Our device is a specially designed dual-purpose unit, functioning as both a box furnace and a vacuum furnace, solving two problems for the price of one. Moreover, it heats up extremely quickly, eliminating the need for long preheating times like large furnaces, making it particularly suitable for rapid screening of small samples. It saves both electricity and time, truly designed to improve your research efficiency.
