STX-402 Desktop Diamond Wire Saw is a small desktop diamond wire cutting equipment developed and manufactured by our company. It can be used for precision cutting of fragile/brittle materials such as ceramics, crystals, glass, metals, rocks, thermoelectric materials, infrared optical materials, composite materials and biomedical materials. The cutting size can reach 4". The tension wheel adopts spring tensioning mode, the spring rigidity is strong, the tensioning force is large and remains unchanged during the cutting process.
Main Features
1. It is especially suitable for cutting high-value and fragile crystals, such as ZnO, BTO, YAG, BBO, etc. The success rate of slicing can be as high as 99%.
2. Equipped with 2D adjustable fixture, the horizontal and vertical angle accuracy of ±10', to ensure the accuracy of crystal cutting direction.
3. The 80m long diamond wire is used for reciprocating cutting, and the wire moving speed is adjustable between 0-2m/s.
4. Metal light and abrasive slurry can also be used for cutting.
5. Driven by stepper motor, the saw can conduct automatic feeding and cutting. The cutting speed can be adjusted according to different materials to improve the cutting quality and prolong the service life of the diamond wire.
