Introduction of Plasma Arc Melting Furnace:

The SP-MSM20-9 vacuum arc melting furnace is a small arc melting furnace. This vacuum arc melting furnace allows for multiple melting of alloy ingots without disrupting the protective gas atmosphere, and can prepare multiple samples (fewer than seven) simultaneously. It includes a set of graphite electrode crucibles with upper and lower electrodes measuring 2 inches in diameter. This vacuum arc melting furnace is ideal for preparing metal and alloy samples in universities and research institutes. It can be used for the preparation, purification, and mixing of new alloy materials.

Installation Requirements

This vacuum arc melting furnace must be operated at a temperature of 25°C ± 15°C and a humidity of 55% RH ± 10% RH.

1. Water: The equipment is equipped with a self-circulating water cooler (filled with purified or deionized water).

2. Electricity: AC 380V 50Hz (63A air switch), must be properly grounded.

3. Gas: The equipment chamber must be filled with argon (purity exceeding 99.99%). You must provide your own argon gas cylinder (with a Ø6mm double-ferrule connector).

4. Workbench: (Floor-standing) Dimensions: 900mm × 600mm × 700mm, load-bearing capacity: 200kg or more.

5. Ventilation: Required.

4. Crucible:
