The SP-MSM1000 High-Vacuum Arc Melting Furnace is a large-scale high-vacuum melting system that supports multiple melting stations and can be optionally equipped with magnetic stirring, suction casting, or pour casting functions. The maximum melting capacity per station is up to 1000 g (calibrated with iron), making it suitable for the research and development of next-generation alloy materials.

The furnace employs a non-consumable arc melting method combined with a high-vacuum environment and inert gas protection, enabling high-temperature melting, precise mixing, and high-purity preparation of samples. The system features a robust structure and flexible configuration, and is widely used in universities, research institutes, and other institutions for high-temperature metal research and experimental material preparation.
