· The interior chamber of the oven is constructed from mirror-finish stainless steel using argon arc welding, while the exterior casing is made of high-quality steel plate, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and modern design.
· The oven utilizes a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a digital display and over-temperature deviation protection; it also features a timing function, ensuring precise and reliable temperature control.
· The hot air circulation system consists of a fan capable of continuous operation at high temperatures and an optimized air duct design, which significantly enhances temperature uniformity within the working chamber.
· The oven employs a new type of synthetic silicone sealing strip, capable of withstanding prolonged high-temperature operation; this ensures a long service life and facilitates easy replacement.
· The air intake and exhaust volume within the chamber can be conveniently adjusted directly from the temperature control panel.
· An independent temperature-limiting alarm system is available (optional); should the temperature exceed the preset limit, the unit automatically cuts off power to ensure safe experimental operation and prevent accidents.
· The oven can be equipped with a printer or an RS485 interface (optional) to connect to a printer or computer, enabling the recording and monitoring of temperature parameter fluctuations.
