Product Introduction
The VTC-50A-DC Spin Coater features separate power supplies for the motor and the control system, while its speed regulation is managed by a highly interference-resistant microcontroller, ensuring stable rotation within the range of 1000–8000 rpm.
The coating process operates in two stages: a low-speed stage (T1) and a high-speed stage (T2). During the low-speed stage, the coating liquid gradually spreads, completing the dispensing process. In the high-speed stage, the liquid evenly distributes across the substrate surface, forming a uniform thin film and completing the coating process. The duration of the coating stage must be set in advance; the machine automatically stops once the set time elapses, marking the end of the coating cycle.
The VTC-50A-DC is suitable for liquids, gels, and flowable pastes, providing controllable high-speed rotation to quickly and evenly spread these materials on substrates. Samples are fixed using a grooved polypropylene substrate chuck. Depending on the shape and size of the substrate, different grooves can be opened on the supplied templates for convenient and damage-free operation.
The machine starts quickly and maintains stable rotation, ensuring uniform and consistent film thickness. In addition, vibration-damping measures in the structural design keep operating noise low. With simple operation, easy cleaning, and compact design, the VTC-50A-DC Spin Coater is widely used in universities and research institute laboratories.
Main Features

4. The sample is fixed onto a special polypropylene sample chuck, which does not need vacuum adsorption or bonding to fix the sample. With this simple fixing method, the substrate will not be deformed and there is no damage to the substrate. Slots of different shapes and sizes are opened in the center of the template to fix the substrate according to the shape and size of the substrates.
5. The glue injecting and glue leveling process is controlled independently to ensure the uniformity of the film layer after coating.
