VTC-50A Spin Coater adopts independent power supply systems for motor part and control part, and the speed control system adopts single-chip microcomputer with high anti-interference to control, so that the rotation speed is very high and stable in the range of 1000-8000RPM. The coater has two stages during operation, namely T1 stage at low speed time and T2 stage at high speed time.

Product Introduction
The VTC-50A Spin Coater adopts a power supply system in which the motor and the control unit are powered separately. The speed control system is managed by a highly interference-resistant microcontroller, ensuring stable rotation across a wide range of 1000–8000 RPM.
The coating process consists of two stages:
Low-speed stage (SPD1, time T1)：The film solution gradually spreads, completing the dispensing process.
High-speed stage (SPD2, time T2)：The film solution is evenly distributed over the substrate surface, forming a uniform film layer.
Before spin coating, the coating time must be set. Once the time elapses, the machine automatically stops, marking the end of the coating process.
The VTC-50A Spin Coater is mainly designed for liquid, gel, and paste-like thin film materials. It can instantly provide controllable high-speed rotation, enabling rapid and uniform film formation on substrates. Substrates are fixed by a grooved polypropylene chuck. According to the shape and size of the substrate, different slots can be made on the supplied template, making operation convenient and substrate-friendly.
This machine features quick start-up, stable rotation, and ensures film thickness uniformity and consistency. Additionally, vibration-damping measures in the installation structure enhance stability and reduce noise during operation. With its simple operation, easy cleaning, compact size, and reliable performance, this equipment is widely used in laboratories of universities, research institutes, and other R&D facilities for thin film preparation.
Main Features：
1. It adopts cast aluminum shell structure and acrylic upper cover for clear observation over the coating process.
2. A single-chip microcomputer with high anti-interference is used for control, and the operation is stable at high speed.
3. English operation interface.
4. The sample is fixed onto a special polypropylene sample chuck, which does not need vacuum adsorption or bonding to fix the sample. With this simple fixing method, the substrate will not be deformed and there is no damage to the substrate. Slots of different shapes and sizes are opened in the center of the template to fix the substrate according to the shape and size of the substrates.
5. The glue injecting and glue leveling process is controlled independently to ensure the uniformity of the film layer after coating.
