KSL-1200X-J High efficiency micro box furnace uses resistance wire as heating element, double-layer shell structure and 50-stage program temperature control, K-type thermocouple, and furnace chamber uses high-purity alumina fiber material. The maximum temperature of Micro box furnace can reach 1200 degrees, and the continuous working temperature can reach 1100 degrees. The temperature control accuracy is ±1 degree. Working principle | ·The Vacuum box furnace uses electric current to heat the heating element in the furnace, uses solid-state relays for circuit control, uses temperature sensors (thermocouples) to detect the temperature in the furnace, and the temperature detected by the thermocouple is fed back to the temperature control instrument. ·The intelligent temperature controller can set the heating process (heating speed). The instrument collects the furnace temperature signal fed back by the thermocouple and outputs a suitable voltage signal through PID adjustment.
