Introduction of Vertical Vacuum Furnace:
The VBF-1200X-V8 is a CE-certified laboratory muffle furnace with heating wires evenly distributed on the outside of the quartz chamber. The chamber size is Φ240mm×245mm (H). The laboratory muffle furnace is equipped with a dedicated water-cooled flange and needle valve seal, achieving a vacuum degree of 10⁻² to 10⁻⁵ torr when using a double-stage rotary vane mechanical pump or molecular pump unit. The laboratory muffle furnace is a device specially developed for laboratories in universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises for sintering, melting, and analysis of non-metallic, metallic, and other compound materials.

• The furnace chamber of the Vertical Vacuum Furnace uses high-purity alumina lightweight material, greatly reducing energy loss.
