The YJXZ-12 Sample Grinding Circulation Pump is a compact liquid agitation pump independently developed and manufactured by our company. It is designed for use in small-scale production environments and for conveying cooling water. Its primary application is to support our UNIPOL series grinding and polishing machines when grinding samples using abrasive media. By placing the abrasive material into the pump and adding an appropriate amount of water, the pump continuously agitates the mixture during operation, ensuring the abrasive remains uniformly mixed with the solvent. Simultaneously, the pump draws the abrasive slurry out and delivers it onto the grinding disc for sample preparation. The YJXZ-12 pump not only fulfills the standard functions of a conventional circulation pump but also incorporates an agitation feature, enabling the grinding and polishing machine to achieve highly efficient and high-quality grinding and polishing results during operation. Additionally, the YJXZ-12 Sample Grinding Circulation Pump can be utilized to convey circulating cooling water for cutting machines.
