Introduction of vacuum tube furnace:
GSL-1700X series High Vacuum Tube Furnace uses silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, with a rated temperature of 1600℃. It uses B-type double platinum rhodium thermocouples for temperature measurement and 518P temperature controller for automatic temperature control, so the High Vacuum Tube Furnace has a high temperature control accuracy (±1℃). In addition, the High Vacuum Tube Furnace has a vacuum device and can work in a variety of atmospheres, which greatly improves its scope of use. High Vacuum Tube Furnace has the advantages of high operating temperature, high-precision temperature control, simple operation and convenient maintenance. This High Vacuum Tube Furnace can be widely used in metallurgy, machinery, light industry, commodity inspection, colleges and universities and scientific research departments.

Precautions of High Vacuum Tube Furnace:
The gas pressure in the furnace tube of High Vacuum Tube Furnace cannot be higher than 0.02MPa.
Due to the high gas pressure inside the gas cylinder, a pressure reducing valve must be installed on the gas cylinder when the gas is introduced into the furnace tube. It is recommended to purchase a pressure reducing valve from our company. The range of our pressure reducing valve is 0.01MPa-0.1MPa, which will be more accurate and safe when used.
For the experiment of sample heating, it is not recommended to close the exhaust valve and the air inlet valve at the flange end of the furnace tube. If you need to close the gas valve to heat the sample, you need to pay attention to the indication of the pressure gauge at all times. If the pressure indication is greater than 0.02MPa, you must immediately open the air relief valve to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, flange flying out, etc.).
The gas flow rate should be limited to <200 SCCM (or 200ml/min).
