GSL-1700X-S Laboratory Tube Furnace is a small tube furnace with CE certification. The heating and cooling are controlled by a 50-segment programmable intelligent instrument. Application precautions of mini tube furnace | · The gas pressure in the furnace tube cannot be higher than 0.02MPa (relative air pressure); · Due to the high pressure inside the gas cylinder, when the gas is introduced into the quartz tube, a pressure reducing valve must be installed on the gas cylinder. In order to ensure safety, it is recommended to use a pressure lower than 0.02MPa. It is recommended to purchase a pressure reducing valve from our company. The range of our company's pressure reducing valve is 0.01MPa-0.1MPa, which will be more accurate and safe when used; · For the experiment of sample heating, it is not recommended to close the exhaust valve and the air inlet valve at the flange end of the furnace tube. If you need to close the gas valve to heat the sample, you need to pay attention to the pressure gauge reading at all times. If the pressure reading is greater than 0.02MPa, you must immediately open the vent valve to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, flange flying out, etc.). · We do not recommend customers to use flammable, explosive and toxic gases. If customers really need to use flammable, explosive and toxic gases for process reasons, please take relevant protective and explosion-proof measures by yourself. The company is not responsible for any related problems caused by the use of flammable, explosive and toxic gases. · The gas flow rate should be <200SCCM (200ml/min) · Due to the manufacturing process of alumina tubes, there is a risk of tube breakage during the sintering process of the furnace tube, which cannot be completely avoided. Please be aware of this. |
