Introduction of Metallographic Sandpaper:
Metallographic sandpaper is manufactured using high-quality, imported abrasive paper specifically designed for precision grinding applications. It is compatible with our company's UNIPOL series of grinding and polishing machines. This metallographic sandpaper can be cut into circular sheets of various diameters—tailored to specific equipment models—and is secured to the grinding disc using a metal retaining ring. The sandpaper features a strictly controlled abrasive grain size distribution, ensuring high grinding efficiency. Its abrasive grains are firmly bonded to the backing, offering exceptional wear resistance and a long service life. After grinding, the sample surface exhibits a uniform deformation layer, effectively preventing the occurrence of uneven surface depths. Furthermore, the metallographic sandpaper demonstrates excellent resistance to water-induced warping, maintaining its flatness even after wet grinding to ensure a stable and highly efficient grinding process.

Our Advantages:
1. Strict Supply Chain Control: Both the paper base substrate and the abrasive grains used in our Metallographic sandpapers must be 100% sourced from high-quality imported materials.
2. Precision Grit Grading: Our wet grinding paper strictly adheres to international standards for grit classification. The distribution of abrasive grains is highly uniform, and the presence of oversized particles is strictly prohibited; this eliminates—at the source—the risk of abnormal deep scratches appearing on sample surfaces during the grinding process.
3. Core Quality Metric: 100% Factory Pass Rate. We guarantee that every batch of wet grinding paper delivered to our customers achieves a 100% pass rate regarding dimensional tolerances and the accuracy of grit size labeling.
Overall Yield Rate of Wet grinding paper: > 99.8%.
4. Consistent Grinding Performance: From coarse grinding (240 grit) to fine grinding (2000 grit), we guarantee that the grinding performance of every grit size meets international standard specifications. We never mislabel grit sizes, thereby ensuring the repeatability and consistency of your experimental procedures.

Our Commitment Regarding Wet Grinding Paper:
We maintain ample inventory for all specifications and grit sizes of our wet grinding paper, ensuring a stable and reliable long-term supply chain.
We offer more than just consumables; we possess a deep understanding of sample preparation processes. Backed by the expertise of the Kejing Laboratory, our engineering team is always available to provide free process consultation and guidance. If you are preparing specialized materials—such as soft metals, ultra-hard ceramics, or composite materials—and are unsure how to select the appropriate combination of sandpaper grits (ranging from 240 to 2000) or determine the optimal grinding duration, we are here to assist you.
