Manual Cold Isostatic Press Series
CIP Series Compact Cold Isostatic Press is to place the product in a tightly closed container filled with liquid, and manually apply pressure to make each surface of the sample receive equal pressure. Under the high pressure environment, the density of the product increases and the gap between sample particles becomes smaller and the desired shapes are obtained. With the advancement of science and technology, isostatic presses are more and more widely used in the forming of powder metallurgy, composite materials, refractory materials, ceramics, cemented carbide / high-strength alloy and other materials.

Product Introduction
The CIP series manual cold isostatic press is a pressure device that combines a CE-certified split-type hydraulic press with a high-strength alloy hydraulic mold. It is widely used in the forming and preparation of materials such as powder metallurgy, composite materials, refractory materials, ceramics, and hard alloys.
The working principle of the equipment is as follows: the sample to be formed is placed inside the cavity of a high-strength alloy mold filled with liquid. By manually applying pressure, the sample is subjected to uniform isostatic pressure on all surfaces. Under high pressure, the density of the material increases, particle gaps are reduced, and the desired shape is formed.
This series of manual cold isostatic presses features easy operation, convenient transport, and simple cleaning and maintenance. Users can select different models according to the sample size, required pressure, and target pressure value.
With the continuous advancement of technology and the deepening of powder material research, the cold isostatic press has become an essential laboratory instrument for universities and research institutes engaged in small-scale material sample studies.
